Executive Strategy Diagnostic

Integrated Strategy Assessment – Executive Diagnostic (Lite)

The Integrated Strategy Assessment (ISA) is a concise, evidence-based diagnostic designed to help leaders understand the real strength of their organization’s strategy in today’s fast-changing environment.

This short version assesses four critical dimensions of strategic readiness:

  • Strategy & Market Alignment
  • Strategic Coherence
  • Adaptability Over Time
  • Insight & Execution Excellence

Your responses will provide a high-level snapshot of where your strategy is strongest and where potential gaps or inconsistencies may exist. There are no right or wrong answers – the value of the diagnostic comes from answering honestly and based on your organization’s current reality.

Please rate each statement on a scale from 1 to 5, where:
1 = Strongly Disagree  ·  2 = Disagree  ·  3 = Neutral  · 4 = Agree  ·  5 = Strongly Agree

By completing this assessment, you consent to ALG Group Global using your responses solely to generate your results and, if requested, share your executive summary. Your information will remain confidential.
